At Pollination Gardens, our mission is to create beautiful landscapes using native plants & cultivars. Our goal is to support local ecosystems, conserve resources, and inspire a deeper connection to the natural world.
MEET OUR FOUNDER!
Trish Clark is a Columbus, Ohio based landscaper and educator who creates gardens that nourish us and helps our local pollinators thrive.
Born in Mt. Vernon Ohio and based in Columbus since 1989, Trish holds a BA from The Ohio State University in Women’s Studies and has spent her life as a local grower and community organizer around gardening. She has created hundreds of community and yard gardens, restaurant food production, a CSA garden and native pollinator spaces. She utilizes native plants and strives to create ecologically minded, chemical free garden spaces.
Trish is a teacher at heart and has taught workshops and coordinated garden tours and conferences, all connected to gardening. She’s created an award-winning community gardening program to train & provide jobs to teens in our city. She is the former Director of Education of Local Matters. Trish was Program Manager of Chadwick Arboretum at The Ohio State University, with 62 acres of learning gardens, providing education and research. She works hard to create a more just and beautiful world for her children, grandchildren, and our collective future.
